Design a jersey, win a jersey!
Tired of seeing tired old jersey designs? Think you can do better? We do too, which is Perth Velocity Inline Hockey Club is holding the “Design a Jersey Win a Jersey” contest. This contest is open to anyone, not just club members. Each winning entry will be printed as a team set and used in Perth Velocity House League recreational seasons.
Prizes and how to enter
- First Prize
- A real version of the jersey you designed
- One year Perth Velocity club membership
- A discount on the upcoming season
- Second Prize
- A real version of the jersey you designed
- One year Perth Velocity club membership
- Third Prize
- A real version of the jersey you designed
- All you need to do is create a unique jersey design using one of the templates and submit it before the closing date. Oh, and of course read the fine print below.
- Send your submissions to: pvhockey95@gmail.com and include the following details:
- Your first and last name.
- Your design (as an attachment), including any font files.
- Name of the team (if you gave your jersey a team name).
- Name and number you'd like on your jersey if you win.
- Confirm you agree to the Ts and Cs (listed below).
Prizes will be announced early March 2025.
"Fine print" (Terms and COnditions)
- By entering the contest you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below:
- Prizes are transferable, within reason.
- Ensure that your image is of suitable quality to be enlarged and printed, ideally between 200-300 DPI. Vector images would be great but are not necessary.
- Be sure to design the front and back of the jersey. Use the example provided as a guide.
- Leave the shoulder patches and name plate of your jersey blank. The Perth Velocity logo will be placed on the shoulders of the winning entries.
- If your jersey contains text, please submit the font file along with the jersey.
- Jersey designs may be edited/altered in order to conform to supplier and/or club requirements.
- Jerseys cannot contain any offensive material. If you are unsure, send us an email and ask.
- In order for your entry to be considered it must be submitted on or before the closing date of January 5th 2025.
- Winners will be determined by a panel selected by the Perth Velocity House League Committee.
- Remuneration will be limited to the prizes outlined above, as awarded to any winner(s).
